I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My parents were residents of 5 Star Independent Living for 9 months. The facility is clean and units are comfortable. I found the orientation from Becky to be less then adequate. Resident should feel welcome fifty-fifty subsequently they accept signed their lease. The managing director Roscana was very helpful when contacted but seemed unaware of issues with her staff. I spoke to several residents who had the same stance.. Overall, the facility is good but has the potential to be neat.

I visited this facility
I visited 5 Star Premier Residences of Pompano Embankment. The studio was sufficient. By blueprint, it was not spacious, merely information technology was adequate. I took a look at all the facilities, the restaurant, the bingo area, the place where they did the therapy, and the community room. They were all very well appointed. The facility was clean. The staff was very friendly. I asked them near the ratio of employees to guests or residents and I was very impressed that information technology housed 185 and had 120 employees on staff. The menu was excellent. They had a irresolute carte du jour that yous could order from each day. Information technology was a slap-up location and reasonably priced. The amenities were tiptop notch.

Their staff was prissy, and I like them, but my merely problem with 5 Star is that I wanted my mom to accept an outdoory feel. It's also much indoor. At a sure age, yous want your parents to be able to go sit down out on the patio or go downstairs and sit under a tree. If you like being inside and non as well much outside, it'south the best place. It was make clean, the staff was great, and it's smaller. If you have a parent that cannot walk around as well far or don't care about going outside, this would exist nice. It depends on where you go your apartment; you could be looking at the ocean or you lot could be looking at the intercoastal. When you have lunch in the dining room, information technology has this large ocean that you're looking at, which is just so beautiful.

Five Star Premier Residences has ten floors. It'southward not that large, but it's a high ascension. The view from the 10th floor is magnificent because you're overlooking the ocean and a marina. The antechamber is very beautiful, and the lady that worked at the desk is always very nice. Information technology seems pretty well kept. Whenever they have holidays, they always put up beautiful decorations whether information technology'southward Christmas, Thanksgiving or Halloween. Especially in the vestibule, it e'er has a gorgeous Christmas tree. I've been there many times, and everybody always looks happy when I go in that location.

Five Star Premier was like a cruise transport. It was hotel type, and it was beautiful. The dining room was nice. They had people waited on you like in a deli blazon. You had a full card. They have tons of activities. They had a swimming pool, and they had classes similar yoga classes.

V Star Premier Residences was very upscale. Information technology is actually the one my father likes the best. Information technology is two blocks from my father'southward house. It is like being in a resort kind of considering it'south a loftier rising. You don't have to go exterior actually for anything. However, the apartments were very overnice. As a affair of fact, information technology is 100% full right now. For activities, they take piano-player, entertainment, and cocktail hours. They have an arts and crafts room. They have a room there where speakers come and talk. It is very nice. The staff's work attitude is fine every bit far as I can tell. Nevertheless, the staff at the eating place wasn't equally forthcoming equally the ones in the other facility. They didn't really cater as much.

I recollect Five Star Premier Residences of Pompano Beach is very closed-in. When I came to Florida, I said "that is where I want to get when I get onetime," until I saw the within. When you walk into the lobby, it's similar a hotel; information technology's not annihilation dainty, the facility. It seems that all the walls are closed in. Their ceilings are so low, information technology feels similar you're squeezed in. They accept a dining room on the top floor that the residents tin't use, and it's gorgeous. I said, "My mother would dearest this," but no; it's for people who are visiting, to pay to get upstairs with the person who lived there. People there are all dead-like; they're sitting on wheelchairs, bending, sloped over, and getting ready for their dinner or lunch, and they're all bicycle chaired, simply lined upward. There'south this adult female who says hullo to this 1 and that one, but they inappreciably even reply her. The dining room is disgusting compared with the one upstairs that they're non immune to utilise. They can't even stay at that place, I do'nt understand information technology. At that place's no activities going on there. I saw no people that were actually walking around. I only saw 1 adult female walking back and forth in 1 room, and that was all she could do, walk back and forth. Even their media room does non even accept a chair. The offices, on the other hand, were decorated, and absolutely gorgeous. The staff that showed me around, I believe that was Brenda, she was on me, and on me. When she showed me the room that was available, it wasn't anything that I wanted; it was disgustingly dirty, and she kept asking me for a thousand dollars right away. She must have asked me x times for the coin. I was totally disappointed.

I did visit Five Star Residences of Pompano Embankment. This facility is a lilliputian older than some of the others, but they kept it upward beautifully. Information technology's secured, and they accept every kind of activity ane could maybe want; a beautiful library, and dining room. They have a dancing hall. Information technology'due south a very nice place. The staff are very much accommodating. Everybody is grinning and very helpful.

Five Star Premier Residences was the kickoff place I looked at. I like this facility. I think it was a little smaller than the other places. Their rooms were smaller too. However, it didn't accept every bit much as of an institutional look to it every bit some others did. Everybody there was very nice. The people who live there appeared to be happy. five Star Premier Residences was basically a converted hotel. Their rooms were like hotel rooms. It was very convenient for residents to get to the dining rooms. It was a very nice facility. The neighborhood was very nice and high terminate. However, my mom didn't even want to consider the identify because of hurricanes. It was literally on the beach and a half block from it. They get a lot of hurricanes so if they had one, they would have to evacuate people. Information technology's hard for erstwhile people to exist evacuated.

I accept visited Classic Residence two times, and talked with a representative several times about the possibility of moving my female parent to this facility. Everyone I have come in contact with is very pleasant and professional. I take heard many nice compliments about it, and would like my female parent to move in that location equally soon every bit she has the opportunity.

Five Star Premier Residences of Pompano Embankment was a nice place. I liked that they have beach admission right beyond. In the back was an Intracoastal and in that location'southward a swimming pool. It's a prissy area. I liked it there. The lady who gave the tour was very skillful. What's expert in that place also is that you hire, you lot don't buy an flat.

5 Star Premier Residences of Pompano Beach is right across the street from the sea. You can walk across the street and walk on the beach. That's a high rise. It'south very overnice and very make clean. It's old, but it looks new. They accept intendance of the facility. There's h2o on both sides of it, so you have a water view of the body of water and you lot have a h2o view of a little waterway that comes down this picayune island there that nobody knows almost. The views are cute. The staff was very friendly. We didn't sense of taste the food, but we saw the meal. They put the dinner meal out so people can see what it looks like and it looked really practiced. Information technology was very nice. The trouble with that residence is they're 100% total and that speaks well for the residence. They say people are on a waiting list for years there. They had an apartment that we liked pretty much that just became available but we're non prepare to brand the determination. It was one of their larger apartments. They pretty much have everything. They have bill of fare playing, bingo, and a library. They take a skilful summit-of-the-line alive entertainment, sometimes every day. They said that the managing director there used to be a cruise manager, so she knows all these entertainers personally. They have excellent entertainment from what they said. They offer a lot. We saw the dishes prepared and they looked very practiced. It would be hard to choose which ane. They have two things that they always have on the menu, like maybe salmon and steak or shrimp and steak, besides their special entrees. They have quite a few options.

I visited Five Star Premier Residences of Pompano Beach. It was clean and everybody seemed very prissy. It had everything that I would need (if and when I go there). They have a PT room, transportation to doctors, and they allow pets. I've eaten there before and their food was phenomenal. At that place's room for boats. They take a cute dining room, and there'due south a room where men and women were playing games. They have a whole list of activities for the month with times listed and everything. If yous do what they say, it'south very organized, which is important. Scott was the staff member who took me on the tour; he was a wonderful.

I have already signed in at V Star Premier. I have chosen it. It was very good. I've put my eolith in and I'g waiting for a place. Why did I like it? Well, information technology meets what I need, and I don't feel like I'thousand moving away since information technology is still on my place. It seems like a very nice identify, and then that's why I chose information technology. I saw some people playing cards. I went twice there. I did a complete bout and information technology was very nice and very make clean, and I think they have a lot to offer.

My aunt was at Five Star Premier Residences for a yr. It was very overnice. It served its purpose. My aunt was there for a year. The place was cute. The people were very overnice and very circumspect. They were very nice and very helpful to me. When my aunt deteriorated and we had to motility her, they were very helpful and very nice. The food was delicious. They had plenty of activities. It was very nice. I would have left my aunt there as an assisted living except they did non accept VA help. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

We certainly liked the location of Five Star Premier Residences, and it seemed similar a good possibility. The rooms looked fine, and you had your choice of different sizes. The staff was very pleasant, very friendly, and very helpful.

We looked at several contained living properties, and settled on another 1. On review, even so, the other 1 had much older clientele, and we decided that we needed a younger and younger at heart crowd. 5 Star Premier in Pompano was just the ticket. Only problem is that the flat that we want has a waiting listing ... we don't want to wish anyone ill, simply we would like to move in sooner, rather than later.

Five Star Premier is a large building. Across the street is where the beach is, and it's squeamish that it's not on the embankment. I idea it was a very clean, very highly polished, and attractive place. The cost wasn't that bad. The rooms and the apartment were pretty good. Information technology'south i large edifice. You tin eat either in your apartment or the restaurant. Everything was on the aforementioned flooring except the gymnasium and fettle rooms. They were on the inter-coastal waterway at the back of the building, just it didn't seem similar they had anything going on to utilize that space.

Another one that I visited was Premier Residences, and it was very nice. I also liked that one. The facility was very good, and I could tell that the people were very happy there. Withal, I was non that enthusiastic well-nigh the embankment considering I can no longer be exposed to the sunday. I saw their schedule of activities. They had card games. They brought them to shopping malls and casinos.

We are moving to Five Star. The staff is wonderful, nosotros had a nice experience with Linda Barton, who was the sales rep on site. It was exactly what nosotros wanted information technology to be, near the water.

I visited Premier and I love information technology, but it's just too expensive for me to become there. It's the nigh perfect place. It has every unmarried affair imaginable plus information technology was correct on the ocean and it had a beautiful view. You could just walk through the waters.

I am a friend or relative of resident
I've known about this beautiful community for years, they offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and accept the largest apartments at very competitive rates...merely what I observe well-nigh highly-seasoned is the circumspect and caring staff that serve my friends living there. They tell me that the red rug is e'er rolled out for them and that the staff intimately cares about everyone. I also like the size of the community-so many we looked at in this area are so big and disruptive with transient residents and staff. It's amazing that the staff here is so consistent and has a longevity unheard of in a retirement community. We looked at merely about every customs nearby and no one compares to the friendliness, warmth and comfort that Premier Residences offers. The views are incredible, simply they are nothing compared with everything else this seaside community offers. I 24-hour interval, before I may realize, I plan to make this customs my dwelling house.

As an ex-nurse I knew alot what to look for in terms of the healthcare quality of a community and all the things I felt were of import for a parent needing to historic period in place were in that location. As just a daughter of a parent, I was very impressed with the quality of the staff and services at V Star. My mom has been an independent resident for a while now and I am no longer surprised when staff goes across what you would expect. Going across seems to be the norm here. A wonderful identify, highly recommended! Their service is true to their name!
